All in One Fax Machines Make Life Easier
In today fast-moving, high-tech business
world, all computing and office machines should have two overarching purposes:
1) to enhance productivity, and 2) to increase efficiency.
We want our business machines to make life easier, we don’t want using them to be a chore, and
we want them to be easily integrated into our office spaces and work routines. If an office machine
fails on any of these counts, it’s not worth buying.
Fortunately, many office machine companies are now manufacturing All-in-One fax machines that
wrap several different functions into one compact package, with most combining their fax
functionality with printing, copying, and scanning. In fact, some companies don’t even call them
“fax machines” or even “all-in-one fax machines” anymore. Instead, they’re usually called
“all-in-one printers.”
There are several companies now producing some truly innovative all-in-one fax machines,
including HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, and Kodak. All of these companies have produced some
great models, but there have also been some all-in-one fax machines that aren’t so great.
Some companies run into problems when they start trying to pack too many features into a simple
machine. When it comes to these all-in-one machines, each of the functions should be easy to figure
out and simple to use. But when a machine gets bogged down by too many well-intended features, it
can get in the way of the basic, everyday functions, which after all are what we buy these machines
for.
So, if you’re in the market for all-in-one fax machines, you might want to consider going with a
machine that is relatively simple. We all love cool gadgets and high-tech machinery, but there’s no
need to pay extra money for a bunch of features that you’ll probably never even use. For most
individuals and small businesses, simple faxing, printing, scanning, and copying are usually more
than enough.
